Im Cuban, and I truly HATE South Florida.

I hate every facet of it, I was born and raised in Miami, I now live in Ft. Lauderdale, and I couldnt loathe it anymore.

Its not the Cubans, there are good Cubans and Asshole Cubans, its the SOCIAL CLASS of individuals.

I know ” High Class ” people who are Cuban who look down on me like im a scumbag, just because im not up to my eye balls in debt for living the Kings life on the Paupers salary.

This place will LITERALLY suck the life out of you, I had left to Kentucky for a year and it was the greatest place on Earth!

My girl and I came back cause of a death in the Family and have regretted it ever since.

From horrible drivers, to horrific low paying wages, to inflated cost of living prices, I cant for the life of me see why people stay here ?

Im leaving in March, and im NEVER looking back, I hate to sound cold, but I dont care who dies next, il never return to this shit hole.

Keep the mediocre beaches, the rude people, the not so beautiful plastic shallow women, the d-bag dudes, fuck all that.

I like seeing that I am not alone in my dislike for South Florida, but let’s try to keep the racism out of it, okay?

Maybe it would be a little better if everyone got along.

It should also be worth mentioning that for a place to be the so called “center of the universe” it should be attractive to big business.

There are practically no corporate headquarters here. There is Burger King and there is Carnival Cruise lines (only here due to location obviously). Bacardi rum also has its headquarters here.

Why are no companies interested in making Miami their hub? For the reasons I mentioned in my previous post and then some.

Miami will never have the corporate presence that Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, and the Bay area (San Fran/San Jose) have. They even have a hard time competing in this regard with mid-size cities like Memphis, Charlotte, San Diego………..and other big cities like Detroit and Seattle as well.

But Miami is supposed to be the center of the universe right?

I could keep bashing Miami for hours but I think I will stop at two posts. This one was worth writing and it cannot be denied.
