Rockstar Geeks Who Wave & Tweet

Last week I asked some of the people I follow on Twitter to humor me and play a game. In Google Wave, I invited all of them to participate in a little game that was part “get to know you”, part “get to know Wave”, and all fun.

The rules were simple:

1: Name a band/artist/musician you like who’s name starts with a letter of your name and do this for each letter of your name. Example: if your name starts with B, whoever you pick would have to start with B. Continue for each letter of your first name.

2: Out of all the artists you listed, choose a song you like from one of the artists. Doesn’t matter the song as long as the artist was listed.

3: Include your Twitter username and a link for yourself (if you choose).

Not only was this a bit challenging, it was a lot of fun and we all had an excuse to play with Google Wave a bit and learn a little more about each other. The only thing that was the common denominator in all this was that they are designers/web developers who I follow on Twitter and who also use Google Wave. Other than that, I think you’ll find that they are pretty different!
